Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Birthday Blaster, we are committed to delivering memorable events with meticulous planning and execution. As significant resources, vendor bookings, and preparations begin immediately after your booking is confirmed, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A minimum 50% advance payment of the total booking value is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 50% balance payment, along with applicable taxes (GST or other statutory taxes, as applicable), must be paid before the commencement of the event.
• Birthday Blaster reserves the right to withhold or suspend services if the balance payment is not received before the event begins.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Once a booking has been confirmed and the advance payment has been received, our team immediately begins planning, vendor coordination, procurement, and resource allocation.

Accordingly:

• All payments made to Birthday Blaster are non-refundable.
• No refund shall be provided if the event is cancelled by the client for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, personal reasons, venue issues, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstance.
• This policy applies irrespective of the notice period provided before the event.

3. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an event may be considered at the sole discretion of Birthday Blaster and are subject to:

• Availability of the requested date.
• Availability of vendors and materials.
• Any additional costs incurred due to the change.

Approval of a rescheduling request is not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation by Birthday Blaster

In the unlikely event that Birthday Blaster is unable to provide the booked services due to reasons solely attributable to us, and no suitable alternative arrangement can be made, the amount received from the client shall be refunded, excluding any non-recoverable third-party expenses already incurred on the client’s behalf.

5. Force Majeure

Birthday Blaster shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods or storms
• Fire
• Government restrictions
• War or civil unrest
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Strikes or labour disputes
• Power failures
• Transportation disruptions
• Any other force majeure event

In such situations, refunds shall not be mandatory, and any alternative arrangements or rescheduling shall be mutually discussed wherever feasible.

6. Taxes

All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other statutory taxes, shall be charged as per the prevailing laws of India and are payable by the client.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this Policy, it will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to banking procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
