1. Acceptance of Terms

The availability of services may vary depending on location, venue restrictions, weather conditions, and vendor availability.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:
- Acceptance of the quotation by the client.
- Payment of the applicable advance amount.
- Receipt of booking confirmation from Birthday Blaster.
Birthday Blaster reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking prior to confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
- A minimum *50% advance payment* is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid *before the commencement of the event*, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be charged as per Government regulations.
- Work may not commence until the required advance payment has been received.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Booking advances are generally non-refundable once resources have been allocated.
- As agreed at the time of booking, *no refund shall be provided if the client cancels the event.*
- In exceptional cases where Birthday Blaster is unable to perform the booked services due to reasons solely attributable to us, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.
6. Rescheduling
Requests for rescheduling are subject to:
- Availability of the requested date.
- Availability of vendors and materials.
- Additional charges, if any.
Birthday Blaster is not obligated to accommodate rescheduling requests.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client shall:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Ensure timely access to the event venue.
- Obtain all necessary permissions required from the venue or local authorities.
- Ensure adequate power supply, parking, and access where required.
- Be responsible for any damages caused by guests or venue restrictions.
Delays caused by the client may result in reduced setup time without any reduction in charges.1
8. Decorations & Equipment
All decorative items, props, furniture, lighting, equipment, and rental materials supplied by Birthday Blaster remain our property unless specifically sold to the client.
- The client shall be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rental equipment during the event.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
Birthday Blaster shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Rain
- Storms
- Floods
- Fire
- Pandemic
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Civil disturbances
- Venue restrictions
10. Third-Party Services
Certain services may be provided through third-party vendors. While Birthday Blaster carefully selects its partners, we are not liable for delays, failures, or deficiencies caused by independent third-party service providers.
11. Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing before the event, Birthday Blaster reserves the right to photograph or record completed event setups and use such photographs or videos for promotional, marketing, social media, portfolio, and website purposes.
- Personal photographs of guests will not be intentionally used without appropriate consent.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of Birthday Blaster and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
13. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are indicative and may change without prior notice based on:
- Event location
- Customization
- Seasonal demand
- Material availability
- Vendor pricing
- Additional client requirements
A final quotation will be shared before confirmation.
14. Limitation of Liability
Birthday Blaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the booked services.
15. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the website.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload malicious software.
- Copy website content without permission.

16. Privacy
